Post

60 contracts means 60+ invoices a month and a lot of waiting. Commercial cleaning, mostly office parks and clinics, and most clients already signed off on being debited on the due date. Problem is every "free ACH" option I find is free for receiving. The minute you want to pull instead of receive, there's a fee attached or a sales call waiting. Saw someone claim free ACH debit always needs a paid tier, which seems promising meanwhile AR sits waiting on customer AP to push payments we already have permission to pull. Anyone that can help me here??

  • “Truly free ACH that pulls from a customer's bank is pretty rare, and debit ACH usually has a small per-item fee somewhere. Look for a processor with flat, clear pricing and no surprise monthly or statement fees. If you keep card as a backup, dual pricing or a cash discount stops those jobs from eating your margin.”
