This is starting to become beyond ridiculous. First we were told the pay was automatically triggered upon RTD, then they moved the goal post so payment required manual action from them. But the project lead just didn’t pay anyone the last week of the project and then just abandoned the Slack.. what kind of bullshit is this??? Stop hiring these fxcking kids who don’t give a shit. The work was done, the client has it… so why did YOUR EMPLOYEE not make sure people were paid? The project ended and she just stopped responding to messages and removed all the related project channels. I already filed a dispute and there’s been no response. My main issue is this shouldn’t have even needed to be disputed if the people Handshake put in charge did their fxcking jobs. Fire these kids if they can’t handle the responsibilities. Anywhere else this would be a major issue on the part of leadership, but Handshake won’t do a damn thing about it and the project lead won’t deal with any consequences. If Iana is the lead of your project run far away. She’s absolutely terrible at her job and doesn’t give af about you or the project. If she’s running a PPT project you will likely never get your money on time and have to file a dispute. She’s done this shit twice already on just that one project.

  • “I’m like really fxcking heated and I’m tired of trying to be professional. You guys straight up took over $1k worth of work from me, it was delivered to the client (I can see the status with my own two eyes on the dashboard) and then just didn’t pay. That’s straight up theft of services and a breach of contract. Monday I’m filing a complaint and reporting the theft of services to the proper author”
