Highlighted: the lines this signal was extracted from

At Oktane I noticed a lot of companies have their access certifications tied to a Workflow that also posts to a Slack channel for tracking. We are a Teams shop, and I want to notify reviewers in Teams when they still have open certifications and a due date is coming up. I know Workflows has a Teams connector and I can get a channel message working. What I am less sure about is the best way to handle the rest: Has anyone sent direct messages to individual reviewers through Teams, or did you stick with a channel and u/mentions? If you went the Graph API route, what permissions did you need, and was admin consent a headache? Did you poll on a schedule with Search Reviews, or is there a better trigger for “review is still open”? I dislike Teams as much as everyone else, but it is what we have today. Any flow designs, gotchas, or templates you are willing to share would be great. Thanks!
