Is it just me, or has ServiceNow's entire AI ecosystem become an unnecessarily confusing mess?

Seriously, can someone explain what exactly is going on with ServiceNow's AI portfolio? Every time I try to understand their AI offerings, I end up discovering more products, three different branding exercises, two acquisitions, and another fancy term for something that sounds suspiciously similar to what they were already selling. Not to mention the acquisitions like Moveworks and other AI companies being folded into the ecosystem. What exactly is the endgame here? Are these genuinely distinct products with clearly defined responsibilities, or are we just witnessing years of acquisitions, rebranding, and overlapping functionality being stitched together under the latest AI buzzwords? Now before you all come out with pitchforks I'm not questioning whether ServiceNow has legitimate AI capabilities. I'm questioning why understanding its product portfolio feels harder than understanding the underlying AI concepts themselves. From a customer's perspective, shouldn't the conversation start with a business problem and lead to a reasonably straightforward architectural solution? Maybe I'm missing something obvious here, but is there actually a clean, technically meaningful way to understand ServiceNow's AI ecosystem without relying on marketing slides? Because right now, it feels like ServiceNow needs an AI agent just to explain its own AI products.
