Autobound AI Studio lets you generate messaging on behalf of any seller—not just yourself. This is essential for sales/ops leaders, agencies, or anyone who needs to create content as if it’s coming from different reps, users, or even clients.

Common Use Cases

  • Sales Ops/Enablement: Produce messaging at scale for every rep, with content sent from each rep’s identity.

  • Agencies: Power outreach for multiple clients (even those not in your Autobound org).

  • Personalized ABM: Generate on behalf of exec sponsors, AEs, or anyone—using their persona for higher relevance.

1. Add Seller (“User”) Data to Your Campaign Table

  1. Open your campaign in AI Studio.

  2. Click Edit Columns in the top right.

  3. Under the Data tab, select fields from the “User” section (e.g., User Email, User LinkedIn URL).

    • Tip: LinkedIn URL provides richer context for personalization (shared connections, schools, prior companies).

    • If you only have an email, that’s fine—Autobound will try to enrich additional context automatically.

  4. Optional: You can also add other user fields (name, company, title) to override what Autobound resolves—but this is rarely needed.

  5. Enter the User Email or LinkedIn URL for the seller you want to generate content for.

    • Now, when you run the campaign, Autobound generates all content as if it’s coming from that user.

2. How Autobound Handles Non-Org Users

If you’re generating content for a seller who isn’t part of your Autobound org (e.g., an external client), you don’t need to invite them. Autobound regularly scrapes company websites and refreshes value props and personas, so messaging will still be accurate. However, you won’t be able to directly edit their content hub settings.

3. Advanced: Automated Sending and Sequencing

Ideal Setup:

Your sending platform (like Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) should already have each contact’s owner (seller) correctly assigned—often synced from your CRM. This ensures that when you sequence “on behalf of contact owner,” content is sent from the right sender.

If the contact owner isn’t set up correctly:

  • Map the User Email field from Autobound to your sending system.

  • Set up automation/flows so that when User Email is imported, it updates the contact owner in your sending system.

  • Once the contact owner is accurate, set up sequencing to run on behalf of that owner.

Summary:

  • Best practice: Keep your CRM and sending tool in sync for owner assignment.

  • Alternate workflow: Use the User Email field as a trigger to set the owner, then run sequences from that owner.
