Campaign Table Folders

Folders make it easy to organize your campaigns in AI Studio as your workspace grows. You can group campaigns by project, workflow, owner, or any structure that fits your team.

Creating a Folder

To create a folder from AI Studio:

  1. Click the New button in the top right corner.

  2. Select Folder.

  3. Enter a folder name and click Create.

The folder will appear at the top of your campaign list.

Renaming a Folder

To rename:

  1. Click the edit icon next to the folder name, or right click the folder and select Rename.

Deleting a Folder

To delete a folder:

  1. Click the three dots on the right side of the folder.

  2. Select Delete.

  3. Confirm deletion if the folder contains campaigns.

Dragging Campaigns Into and Out of Folders

Folders support drag and drop for easy organization.

You can:

β€’ Drag a campaign into any folder.

β€’ Drag a campaign out of a folder back to the uncategorized section.

β€’ See a highlight when hovering over a valid drop target.

Each campaign can only belong to one folder at a time.
