Reason's why Suggested Campaigns aren't generating

There are a handful of reasons suggested campaigns might not be appearing in your account. Those are:

  1. Contact Suggestion rules are too restrictive

  2. Not enough contacts in your account

  3. You've modified an element saved to many existing campaigns (changing rules on a Persona, Insight, Snippet or your Contact Suggestion rules)

  4. All contacts have been recently approved or rejected and are not eligible for suggestions.

  5. There are no contacts matching your Triggering-Insights (unlikely)

  6. No eligible snippets for each snippet section (unlikely

Contact Suggestion rules are too restrictive:

If a user modifies Contact Suggestion Filters, your existing Suggested Campaigns will be deleted, assuming their logic conflicted with the logic you added into your suggestion filters.

Not enough contacts in your account

Fewer contacts in your account mean fewer contacts matching your Triggering-Insights. We recommend having at least 2,000 contacts for the system to work effectively.

Important: Autobound relies on the company domain to track 3rd party insights and Triggers. When importing contacts into Autobound, make sure you have this data.

Recently modified elements

If a user modifies an element in your organization It may destroy some or all of your Suggested Campaigns. If contacts are eligible for new suggested campaigns after the modification occurs, they will generate within ~30 minutes.

Insight:

If a user modifies an Insight's rules, all campaigns related to the Insight will be destroyed. Any contacts that match the new filters will likely be suggested within ~30 minutes, assuming there are less than 800 total contacts currently suggested.

Personas:

If a user modifies the filters on a Persona, any campaign that contains snippets where that Persona was applied, as a snippet rule, will be destroyed.

Assuming there are contacts that match the new Persona filters, you should expect campaigns, with content related to that Persona, to generate within~30 minutes.

Insights:

If a user modifies the filters or score of an Insight, any campaign that contains Snippets where that Insight was applied, as a Snippet rule, will be destroyed.

Assuming there are contacts that match the new Insight filters, you should expect campaigns, with content related to that Insight, to generate within~30 minutes.

Snippet Rules:

If a user modifies a Snippet's rules, any campaign that contains that snippet will be destroyed.

Assuming the modified Snippet is still eligible for contacts in your account, you should expect campaigns, with content related to that Insight, to generate within ~30 minutes.

All contacts have been recently approved or rejected and are not eligible for suggestions

When you approve or reject a campaign for a contact, they will not be suggested again for a period of time.

No contacts matching Triggers

If there are no Triggers with matching contacts, Campaigns will not generate.

Note: You should also ensure your Triggers are turned on.

No eligible snippets for each snippet section

Campaigns will not generate unless there is an eligible snippet for each snippet section (Subject, Greeting, Opener, Pitch, Call to action, Sign off).

We recommend always keeping at least one Snippet per section without any rules. This means there will always be an eligible snippet for each section.
