From your lead or contact view, check the boxes next to the prospects you want to sequence. Then click Import to Outreach.

The Outreach extension appears. Select all of the leads by clicking the top checkbox. Then click AI Sequence.

Select your Autobound-enabled sequence. Then, click Continue.

Under Add Sales Assets and Value Propositions, allow “select with AI” or choose manually.

Select your writing style, and add any additional information or instructions you want Autobound to know before generating. Then click Generate content for X prospects.

If your sequence content review setting is: “Direct Push OFF: Generate and edit content in Autobound UI before pushing to sequence”

If your sequence content review setting is: “Direct Push OFF: Generate and edit content in Autobound UI before pushing to sequence”, you’ll have the ability to review the content and approve it in our UI. Follow these steps:

You’ll notice a loading bar in the top right corner while content is generating. Wait for it to finish and click “load new content” or click refresh if you want to check if it’s done earlier. Currently, you need to press this to check if it's done, Autobound will not notify you.

Note: Consider adding prospects in bulk or go back and repeat this flow for all the prospects you want to add to the sequence for the day. By the time you’re done, all the content will generated.

Autobound generates unique emails for the prospects. Click through each prospect name to review the proposed associated email for accuracy and as a sanity check. You can directly edit the email message for each prospect.

Autobound allows you to edit the content by typing in the email box directly, or by chatting with the AI. If chatting, you can select from the buttons you see below (shorter, longer, etc) or type custom instructions.

You can also regenerate the sequence by clicking the “Select New” button or the blue button in the bottom right corner that looks like a refresh button. From there, you can select new insights, change the inputs you provided on the previous screen, change the word count, adding additional info or add additional information/instructions you want the AI to know about before generating.

Once your review is done, either:

  1. Select all of the records by clicking the Prospect checkbox at the top-left) or

  2. Select individual prospects using the checkmark by each name. Then, click Add X Selected Prospects to Sequence.

IMPORTANT: Once you approve prospects, that’s it. You won’t have a chance to review the content again in Outreach (assuming the emails are set to be automated in your sequence as they should be). Make any edits you want in Autobound’s UI.

If you ever click out of the popup that appears after you add prospects to the sequence, you can always access the list of contacts waiting for your approval within Autobound's web app - https://app2.autobound.ai/sequences

If your sequence content review setting is: "Direct Push ON: Generate and send to sequence without reviewing content in Autobound UI"

If your sequence content review setting is: "Direct Push ON: Generate and send to sequence without reviewing content in Autobound UI", you won’t see prospects load in our UI. Instead, you’ll see the screen below. Prospects will automatically be pushed into Outreach once content is done generating. Depending on whether you have manual email tasks in your sequence, you’ll have the ability to review the content in Outreach.

Autobound’s content will be pushed into your sequence and pre-personalized for you.

Optional: Highlight the text and click AI enrich so you can see what insight were firing and rewrite the email based on the desired insights.

Handling Missing Prospect Details

Sometimes, when adding prospects to a sequence, Autobound may warn you about missing prospect details. To ensure the highest quality output:

  1. Look for warning signs next to the prospects or the "Add Missing Details" button.

  2. Add the missing details as prompted.

  3. Regenerate the content to incorporate the new information.
