This feature allows for comprehensive tracking and customization of insights, enabling users to deactivate irrelevant insights for more targeted content.

Insight Control Panel: Utilize this panel to build out profiles of your competitors and complementary technologies. Autobound monitors technologies used by over 80 million companies.
Creating Competitors & Complementary Technologies
Access Insight Control: Navigate to Insight Control > Create New.
Select Competitor/Complementary Tech: Add their company URL and talking points for specific messaging.
Talking Points: Focus on the pain points prospects using that competitor exhibit and the benefits you offer.
Talking Points
Building Talking Points into Insights
Purpose: Helps the AI better understand how to leverage the insight in your outreach.
Creation: Click “Click to Add Talking Points” next to the insight you wish to modify. Talking points can be up to 2000 characters.
Enabling/Disabling Insights
Enable Insight: Toggle the switch adjacent to the insight to the 'On' position. This allows Autobound to weave this insight into the content when it aligns with the prospect's profile.
Disable Insight: Toggle the switch to the 'Off' position to prevent the insight from being used in content generation. This ensures the generated content remains pertinent and tailored without the influence of the disabled insight.

Autobound's Insight Control is a powerful feature that allows you to customize and refine the insights used in your automated content generation. The main features include:
Turning on/off relevant or irrelevant insights
Creating custom insights not available out of the box
Refining talking points associated with insights
How Insights Work
When an insight is turned on, it becomes eligible for use in personalizing your content when reaching out to prospects. Autobound detects data that matches the insight category and may recommend using it in your messaging.
For example, if you have the funding insight turned on and you're reaching out to a company that recently appeared in the news with a funding event, Autobound may recommend using that insight in your messaging.

Creating Custom Insights
1. Competitor Technology Insights
To create a competitor insight:
Click the "Create Insight" button and select "Competitor".
Enter the name and domain of the competitor.
Click "Draft with AI". Autobound will leverage publicly available information to determine:
Problems customers experience when using your competitor
How your company solves these problems better
These are saved as talking points, which you can edit afterwards.
2. Complementary Technology Insights
The process is similar to creating competitor insights, but the messaging focuses on complementing the technology or adding value to customers who use it, rather than replacing it.
Important Note: Currently, Autobound only tracks technologies at the domain level. If you want to track a specific product from a larger company (e.g., a specific Oracle product), enter the main company domain. Autobound will identify if prospects are using any product from that company, not just the specific one. This functionality will be updated in the future.
3. Job Opening Insights
To create a job opening insight:
Click the "Job Opening" insight type at the top of the page.
Enter the name of the insight (e.g., "Hiring Sales Reps").
Enter keywords commonly found in the title and/or job description.
This uses a "contains" search, so you don't need to add every job title.
Use keywords found in relevant job titles (e.g., "Sales", "AE", "Account Executive", "Revenue", "Business Development").
You can also exclude certain keywords (e.g., "Manager", "Director" if you want to track lower-level titles).
Press Enter after entering each keyword.
Click "Continue". Autobound will generate talking points that will be used to help the AI understand how to position your messaging when this insight is present.
When you reach out to prospects, if Autobound finds open roles matching these filters, it will present that information and allow you to use it to personalize your content.
Refining Talking Points
Talking points help our AI understand how to leverage insights in your messaging. While not always necessary, they can be useful if you want the AI to use the insight in a specific way.
To refine talking points:
Locate the insight you want to modify.
Click on the talking points section on the right side of the table.
Edit or add new talking points that guide how the AI should use this insight in content generation.
Best Practices
Regularly review and update your active insights to ensure relevance.
Experiment with different custom insights to find what resonates best with your prospects.
Be specific in your talking points to guide the AI in using insights effectively.
Monitor the performance of messages using different insights to optimize your strategy over time.
