Autobound integrates with Outreach, Salesloft, Gmail, and Outlook to enable AI-powered personalized sales messaging through existing sales platforms.

Autobound Integrations

This guide provides detailed information on Autobound's integrations with Outreach, Salesloft, and email providers (Outlook and Gmail).

Outreach Integration

Authentication

To authenticate Outreach with Autobound, go to Settings and click the "Connect" button next to Outreach.

How It Works

  1. Autobound connects to your Outreach account, accessing your sequence library and prospect information.

  2. When you add prospects to an Autobound-connected sequence in Outreach, our AI begins generating personalized content.

  3. Autobound pushes the generated content into custom fields in Outreach (fields 141-150 at the prospect level).

  4. The personalized content is then displayed in your Outreach sequences, replacing the original template content.

  5. Depending on your content review settings, which you can learn more about in the sequencing guide, you can review the content in Autobound's UI before it's sent, or have it automatically pushed to Outreach.

Data Requirements

To provide our services effectively, we need access to:

  1. Your sequence library

  2. Prospect and company information, including:

    • First name

    • Email

    • Job title

    • Company name

  3. Variables in your sequence templates: If you've added custom variables to your Outreach sequence templates (e.g., {{white_paper_downloaded}}, {{company.industry}}), Autobound gains access to the corresponding data fields at the prospect or company level. This allows our AI to understand and leverage this specific information when personalizing your content.

  4. 10 custom fields at the prospect level (fields 141-150) for pushing generated content

Salesloft Integration

Authentication

To authenticate Salesloft with Autobound, go to Settings and click the "Connect" button next to Salesloft.

How It Works

  1. When a Salesloft admin connects their account to Autobound, we automatically create 10 custom fields in Salesloft for our use.

  2. Autobound connects to your Salesloft account, accessing your cadence library and prospect information.

  3. When you add prospects to an Autobound-connected cadence in Salesloft, our AI begins generating personalized content.

  4. Autobound pushes the generated content into the custom fields we created in Salesloft.

  5. The personalized content is then displayed in your Salesloft cadences, replacing the original template content.

  6. Depending on your content review settings, which you can learn more about in the sequencing guide, you can review the content in Autobound's UI before it's sent, or have it automatically pushed to Salesloft.

Custom Fields Creation

Our Salesloft integration automatically creates the necessary custom fields when an admin connects their account. This process ensures that:

  1. There's no conflict with your existing custom fields in Salesloft.

  2. The fields are properly configured for optimal use with Autobound's AI-generated content.

  3. You don't need to manually set up or modify any fields to use our integration.

These custom fields are where Autobound stores and displays the personalized content generated for each prospect in your cadences.

Email Provider Integration (Outlook and Gmail)

Authentication

To authenticate your email provider with Autobound, go to Settings and click the "Connect" button next to either Outlook or Gmail.

Overview

Autobound's email integrations allow you to send personalized, AI-generated content directly through your Outlook or Gmail account. These integrations are only necessary if you're using Autobound's native sequencing engine, rather than integrations with platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.

Required Permissions

For both Outlook and Gmail integrations, Autobound requires permission to:

  1. Compose and send emails

  2. Read your inbox

These permissions are necessary to:

  • Send out the personalized emails generated by Autobound

  • Track replies to your outreach emails

  • Automatically remove prospects from sequences after you've sent emails or received replies

How It Works

  1. Connect your email account (Outlook or Gmail) to Autobound through our secure authentication process.

  2. Autobound accesses your email account to send personalized emails and monitor responses.

  3. When you create a sequence in Autobound, the system uses your email account to send emails.

  4. Autobound tracks replies and automatically updates prospect statuses in your sequences.

Data Privacy and Security
