The Content Hub is a central feature in Autobound where users can access and refine their playbook of inputs. These inputs are crucial in guiding Autobound's AI to position messaging effectively for each customer. What sets Autobound apart is its ability to automatically generate your initial Content Hub and then use this information to create highly personalized content for your prospects.

Why Your Content Hub Matters

The information in your Content Hub directly feeds into Autobound's AI when generating content for prospects. This process works in conjunction with the insights Autobound finds on each prospect to create highly relevant and personalized outreach. Here's why accurate and comprehensive Content Hub inputs are critical:

  1. Personalized Content Generation: When using the Chrome extension or the sequencing engine, you can select specific value propositions, apply up to two sales assets, and choose your writing style before content generation.

  2. Smart Input Selection: Autobound's AI intelligently determines which value props and sales assets to apply based on the prospect's job title and LinkedIn profile information. However, you always have the option to manually override these selections.

  3. Consistent Messaging: By having well-defined inputs, you ensure that all generated content aligns with your brand voice and messaging strategy, regardless of which team member is using the tool.

  4. Efficiency and Scalability: With accurate inputs, you can generate highly personalized content at scale, saving time while maintaining quality.

Automatic Content Hub Generation

When you first log into Autobound, the system automatically builds out your Content Hub for you. This process includes:

Confirming your Company name and company URL

  1. Enter the correct website URL during onboarding for proper data scraping

  2. Provide the exact name of your company as you want it to appear in emails (e.g., removing "Corp," "LLC," or "Inc." if desired)

Scanning your website to determine your products and services.

Identifying value propositions for each offering



Recognizing different buyer personas you target and your unique value propositions to each (i.e the pain points you solve, how you solve them, and the benefits they receive by having them solved).

Editing and Restarting the Process

After the initial generation, you can:

  • Review and edit any of the automatically generated content

  • Restart the entire process by clicking "Scan my website & build my content hub with AI"

You can make these edits and find the button to scan your website by going to the Content Hub in your Autobound account.
