What are Cell States?
Within AI Studio's Prospects tab, "Cell States" are visual indicators that provide real-time feedback on the status of actions and processes for each individual prospect. These states help you quickly understand what's happening, whether an action is in progress, has completed successfully, encountered an issue, or requires manual intervention.
Accessing the Prospects Tab
Cell states are primarily visible within the "Prospects" tab of your campaign, where you manage and trigger actions for your contacts.
Navigate to your desired campaign.
Select the "Prospects" tab. Here, you will see your list of prospects along with various data points and the visual cell states indicating action progress.
Detailed Cell States Overview
As actions are processed for each prospect, their corresponding cell states update in real-time. Below outlines the various visual states you may encounter in the Prospects tab:
Loading: This state indicates that an action or process is currently running for the prospect. A visual indicator (like a spinner) often accompanies this state.
Success Content - Email: Email content is successfully generated, displaying the Subject and Body in the preview.
Review + Send: Content is generated and awaiting manual review and approval before export, typically in Co-Pilot Mode.
Success (Export): Export action completed successfully, indicated by a green checkmark.
Error: An action failed, shown by a red error icon and a message. Click the cell to view the error details, resolve issues, or retry the action.
Sequence is in progress: The prospect is active and progressing through a sequence.
Real-time Updates & Interactivity
These visual cell states are dynamic, updating in real-time as actions are processed through your campaign's workflow. Users can often interact with these cells by clicking them to view more metadata, debugging details, or to manually retry actions, providing granular control over their campaign processes.
