Understanding Insight Categories

Autobound provides a variety of prebuilt insight categories, including:

  • Funding Rounds

  • Acquisitions

  • Product Launches

  • SEC Filings

  • Social Posts

  • Work Milestones

  • DISC Profiles

  • Shared Experiences

  • Technographics
    …and many more.

Each category contains multiple subtypes to help you surface exactly the data that matters most for your workflow. For a full list of insight types and subcategories, see our Insight Subtype Reference.

Advanced: Viewing and Managing Raw Insight Data

For more advanced use cases, you can drill down into the raw data and manage how insights appear in your table:

  • Click into any cell containing an insight to open a modal with all insights for that prospect.

  • At the top, use the toggle button to drill down into specific details for each insight.

  • Hover over any individual insight to view its metadata or click for expanded detail.

  • When hovering, you’ll also see an option to add that data to a new column—this lets you expose that specific insight for every prospect in your table for easier review, filtering, and export.

This is especially useful for automating research, exposing new data for your team, or preparing to pass these structured insights into LLMs and outbound content generation workflows.
