  • Ensure you understand the platform's core features

  • Carefully examine messaging for each persona

  • Verify accuracy of value propositions for different personas/products

  • Ensure AI can effectively position your offering based on these assets

  • Review the Content Hub Articles to better understand how to set things up properly

  • Upload sample content that reflects your desired tone and style

  • Apply specific rules or prompts in the main text box

  • Adjust word count to match your typical message length

  • Test and refine until the output matches your preferences

Configure Insight Control:

  • Review this guide for Insight Control

  • Review all available insights (particularly 10-Ks. Try filtering by by categories you think may be relevant in the top left corner.

  • Toggle on/off relevant insights for your business

Create insights in Insight Control:

Job openings:

  • Include all relevant keyword variations

  • Use exact keywords (e.g., "sales rep", "sales representative")

  • Consider the talking points (i.e value proop that helps the Ai understand how to leverage this insight when firing) for each role type. Does it change from one to another? i.e For Autobound, our value slightly changes if companies are hiring SDRs vs AEs. Other companies may just care about hiring sales roles in general.

  • For general hiring, use a space as keyword to capture all openings

Competitor/complementary tech:

  • List technologies relevant to your prospecting

  • Focus on company-level tech, not product-specific:

  • Autobound currently tracks tech usage at the company level, not the individual product level. Example: If you compete with a specific Salesforce product, listing "Salesforce" will track all Salesforce products, which may be too broad

  • Avoid listing tech from companies with multiple products if you only compete with one: Example: If you compete with GitHub (owned by Microsoft), listing "GitHub" would also track all Microsoft products

  • Instead, focus on technologies that directly compete with or complement your specific offering

Build Sequences:

  • Authenticate with your platform: Outreach, Salesloft, or Gmail/Outlook

  • Create and save your sequences

  • Review advanced functionality. After saving. Click into each sequence step. Check the "tips" section on the right side. Explore options to refine your sequence prompt templates

  • There are multiple guides for sequencing found here. Choose the correct guides based on the tools you have and the workflows you desire

Final check:

  • Test each component to ensure proper setup

  • Run a sample prospecting scenario to verify end-to-end functionality
