Understanding Content Hub Preferences

Content Hub Preferences let you define default settings that apply to all content steps within your campaign. Instead of manually setting parameters for every message, you can centralize your choices—saving time and creating a more consistent outreach experience.

How to Define Your Preferences

Access Content Hub Preferences:

  • Navigate to your campaign and open the Content tab.

  • Click “Using Default Settings” to open the dropdown menu.

Set Your Preferences:

Within this dropdown, you can define preferences for:

  • Personas: Let AI dynamically select the most relevant persona for each prospect, or choose a specific persona you want to use for everyone in the campaign.

  • Sales Assets: Allow AI to select the best sales asset for each prospect, or specify a particular asset you want applied to every message.

  • Writing Style: Pick the tone and style (e.g., formal, casual, conversational) you want all campaign messages to use.

  • Additional Instructions (“Know Something We Don’t”): Add any special notes, context, or requirements you want AI to apply across all messages.
Examples: Always include this calendar link in the call to action, or “This is an inbound campaign—anyone who fills out a contact sales form enters this flow. Make it clear in the opener of the email that We saw they filled out a contact sales form and I'll be their point of contact”

How Preferences Are Applied

Once you define your preferences, they’re automatically saved and applied to all content steps for every prospect in your campaign—no extra work needed. This ensures every message generated is consistent, personalized, and aligned with your goals.
