Autobound lets you send personalized, automated emails directly from your connected Gmail or Outlook account. This guide shows how to connect your email, customize your sending settings, and send from your campaign
1. Connect Gmail or Outlook
Go to Settings > Integrations in Autobound.
Choose Gmail or Outlook and follow the prompts to authenticate your account.
2. Customize Email Settings
Once you’ve authenticated, click into your connection and select the settings icon to set up your email signature, unsubscribe link, and BCC address (if you’d like to log activities in your CRM).
For example, HubSpot and Salesforce let you add a BCC address so all sent emails are logged automatically.
These settings will apply to all emails sent through Autobound.
3. Automate Multi-Step Email Sequences
To automate multi-step email sequences with Autobound, enable Sequencing Mode in your campaign’s content tab.
Important: Only email steps can be present in the campaign for this feature to work.

4. Send from Your Campaign
In your campaign’s Prospects tab, click the Actions button and select Export.
Choose Gmail or Outlook as your send method and pick your connected account.
