Campaign Settings: Managing Imports, Exports & Sending Preferences

This article explains how to manage and configure your campaign’s key data sources and delivery settings in Autobound’s AI Studio.

Accessing Campaign Settings

To view and edit your campaign’s import sources, export sources, and sending preferences:

  1. Make sure you’re in AI Studio and have clicked into your campaign.

  2. Click on the Settings tab.

  3. Here, you can:


    • View and edit import sources

    • View and edit export sources

    • Update sending preferences if your campaign is configured to send emails through Autobound’s native Gmail or Outlook integrations.

Managing Data Sources

You can add new import sources or reconnect and remove existing ones as needed. If you want to update field mappings for import data, you can do that here as well. Similarly, you can add, reconnect, or remove export sources and adjust their field mappings.

Manual Entry

To manage how data enters and leaves your campaign, navigate to the "Settings" tab within your selected campaign. This tab consolidates controls for various campaign configurations, including imports, exports, and deduplication.

Configuring Sending Preferences

If your campaign uses Autobound’s Gmail or Outlook integration, you can manage your email sending schedule within the Settings tab. Learn more in our article: Enabling Sequencing Mode.
