How to Enable or Disable Sequencing Mode

Within the Content tab of your campaign, click the Sequencing Mode toggle in the top right of the screen to turn Sequencing Mode on or off.

Sequencing Mode

  • Purpose:

    • Create a series of messages where each step is generated with full context of the surrounding steps, producing a more natural, coherent flow.

  • How it works:

    • AI references the content before and after each step, so replies and follow-ups feel logically connected.

    • Ideal for multi-touch campaigns or anytime you want your messaging to tell a story across several steps.

Individual Mode

  • Purpose:

    • Generate each message independently, without context from other steps.

  • How it works:

    • AI treats every step as a stand-alone message, so there’s no reference to what came before or after.

    • Best for one-off emails, single-message campaigns, or when each touchpoint should stand alone.

    • This mode allows for more flexibility, especially if your campaign includes content types other than email.

In summary:

  • Sequencing Mode:

    • Use when you want a coordinated, multi-step outreach flow.

  • Individual Mode:

    • Use when each step should be created and sent independently.
