Autobound's AI Studio is your command center for high-volume, context-driven sales workflows. This guide helps you quickly master AI Studio's core functions.

Common Use Cases

  • HubSpot → Autobound → Instantly: Import contacts from HubSpot lists, automatically generate hyper-personalized emails enriched with insights, and seamlessly push them into Instantly.

  • API → Insights → Salesforce: Import contacts via API, enrich them with detailed insights, then export directly into Salesforce.

  • Autobound Direct Delivery: Generate hyper-personalized email sequences and deliver them straight from Autobound through Gmail or Outlook.

What You Can Do in AI Studio

AI Studio is designed for GTM teams to:

  • Automatically generate multi-step cold email sequences based on live data and insights

  • Export messages and contact data to Outreach, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, and custom APIs

  • Pull in prospects from sources like Google Sheets, HubSpot lists, Salesforce campaigns/reports, and more

  • Dynamically generate insights and content based on over 350 insight types

  • Control workflows with intelligent auto-run, sequencing logic, and bulk actions

Core Concepts

Prospects Tab

  • Add rows manually, via import, or API

  • Columns are grouped as: Data (blue), Actions (green), Export/Send (purple)

Content Tab

  • Add emails, SMS, LinkedIn, call scripts, or custom prompts

  • Toggle between Sequence/Individual generation mode

  • Use Content Hub Preferences to control tone, value prop, assets, etc

Settings Tab

  • Configure imports, exports, and sending schedules

Edit Columns Modal

  • Choose what columns show in your campaign

  • Configure and manage actions (content and insight generation)

  • Configure and manage imports and exports

Generating Content

Autobound creates personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, SMS, call scripts, or custom prompts.

When generating content, Autobound first finds relevant insights (e.g., recent news, hiring updates, or tech stack). These insights guide the AI to write highly personalized, relevant messages.

Content Generation Modes:

  • Sequence Mode: Messages flow naturally as part of a multi-step outreach campaign.

  • Individual Mode: Messages are standalone for one-off outreach.

Switch between modes at the top-right of the Content tab. Campaigns with 2+ steps default to Sequence Mode.

To enhance content accuracy, manually add Conversational Accuracy fields (prospect name, job title, company) into your data.

Generating Insights

Insights enrich prospect records with relevant context like funding announcements, hiring trends, competitor activity, or technologies used. Autobound offers 350+ insight types.

To generate insights independently from content, add Insight action columns. This helps you understand prospects deeply before reaching out.
